You finished the track. Now you want to know whether it can find another pocket of listeners.
A Rapchat Boost promotes one of your public songs or beats inside Rapchat. You choose the track, review the current offer, spend Rapchat Tokens, and follow the results as the campaign runs.
Pick a track that is ready for attention
Choose a public song or beat that you own. The strongest candidate is usually a track with finished artwork, a clear title, and a profile you are happy for a new listener to visit.
You do not have to Boost the newest thing in your catalog. If an older track still represents you well, it can be a useful way to learn what happens when more people encounter it.
Review the offer before you start
Boosts use Rapchat Tokens and are separate from Platinum. The Boost screen shows the current Token cost and campaign details before anything is charged.
Boost purchases are final, including before the scheduled start. You cannot cancel a purchase or get an automatic Token refund. Making your track private or deleting it stops promotion without returning Tokens. Contact support if a technical problem affects your purchase or delivery.
On web, open Boosts and choose a track. In the Rapchat app, open the menu for a song or beat you own and look for Boost. If the option is missing, update Rapchat or use the web flow.
Watch the visible play count
Visible play-count lift is the clearest result to watch while a Boost runs. Open Boosts to follow the campaign, and compare the track's play count with where it started.
Likes, follows, profile visits, collaborations, chart movement, and sales can be useful downstream signals, but a Boost does not guarantee them. It also does not guarantee a particular rank or level of traction. Think of it as paid distribution for a track you believe deserves another listen.
Use the result to choose your next move
When the campaign finishes, ask a few practical questions:
- Did the track's visible play count rise?
- Did listeners visit your profile or interact with the track afterward?
- Is this the song or beat you want to keep sharing?
- Would a different track be a better candidate next time?
Platinum members can open Creator Ops to review promotion performance alongside the rest of their catalog activity.
The point is not to chase every number. Put a track you care about in motion, watch what actually changes, and use that evidence to decide what to push next.
